Hunters Orchard Park in Lansing MI

7242 Old River Trail

Lansing, MI 48917

My last visit to this park was today Sep 16, 2021. It’s not fall yet officially and this park looks beautiful during fall. I will visit again and take more photos in a month.

This park is a small one that consists of only one trail that loops around. One side of the trail is paved along side the river, the other side is more a nature trail. They usually keep it clean and well maintained. It has trash cans in several places with a few benches throughout with a grill. Not too exciting, just a nice quite park for walking or jogging. Pets are allowed as well but must be leashed. One thing I have to add is that mosquitoes are a big problem in this park. Even this time of year, I was attacked by them several times during my walk today. They’re not as aggressive and as big compared to the ones in the summer time but they do still exist.

Here are some photos I took, hope you like them!

Parking is very small, I think there is space for maybe 15 vehicles? There is another park called Delta Mills very close by (within walking distance) that you can park your vehicle there and walk to this one.
