My IM Mastery Academy Experience

I had quit my full-time job and was in search of another job at the time that I came across one of the IM Academy Forex mentors. I was scrolling through IG and she had commented on a video that I was watching, explaining that she is able to help people make money from home. My interest was peaked and I had to message her and see how she’s able to do that. After long back and forth conversations regarding the whole Forex trading (foreign currency exchange) and our ability to perform high frequency trading and win money within minutes, I agreed to become a part of the academy.

Now, the academy is not free. The main reason why I actually considered joining was because the mentor that was helping me through the signing up process told me that as long as I get two people to join the academy, my membership would be paid for. I didn’t think of it much then until time came and one month had gone by and I was nowhere near convincing anyone into joining because not many people would like to pay $325 to start their memberships then pay a $275 monthly membership fee. That’s a lot of money for most people especially during a pandemic where people had lost their jobs and were relying on government assistance to pay their bills and so on.

From the start, I was very heavily being taught on how to become a mentor and how to convert people to join so that my membership becomes free. Not only that, but the more people I helped join, the more I would be getting paid! I don’t want you to think that being forced into a pyramid scheme is all that this academy was because it wasn’t. But I was led to believe that making money by being an influencer and a mentor was more important than actually learning trading and going that route.

Now, the program itself was excellent! Despite being in the academy for only one month, there were a lot of educational videos for me to study and learn from. I had the elite package and so I was able to view videos for all of the programs that they offer which are FRX (Forex or Foreign Exchange), HFX (High Frequency Forex), DCX (Digital Currency Exchange), and ECX (ecommerce Exchange aka dropshipping which has a separate fee).

Another great opportunity for students to learn was watching live trading sessions with some of their best instructors. Not only were they teaching step by step on how to trade, but they also answered questions in the live chat box.

Here is my opinion regarding this academy, if you truly would like to learn what they offer step by step from professionals and you consider yourself to be a great influencer whom is able to recruit people in the academy, this is for you! Because not only will you learn to trade, but you may also become a mentor one day and get paid from the academy by bringing people in. However, there are countless videos and information online that could also potentially help you learn trading without paying anything for it. The strategies that you would be paying for in the academy, you can create the exact ones off of other charts online such as TradingView. They actually have a lot more options in TradingView for your charts! Once you find a strategy that works for you, just find out the indicators that is being used and apply them to your charts.
